概述：該生産線主要由放料機、調平機、沖孔切斷機、輸送台、成型主機、液壓折邊機、成品托料裝置、液壓系統、電氣控制部分及安全防護部分組成。

1．放料機：用於存入放卷料並給成形部分提供闆料，5噸電動放料機液壓張緊。

2．整平機：9輥精密整平（上4下5），2.2KW電動送料，用於卷料平直並消除材料應力。

2．成型主機：此生産線的主機機座採用100*100*3MM方鋼焊接，機架採用整體式固定牌坊 ，側闆採用25mm鋼闆，支承部分均採用優質閩台軸承，進料採用滾輪式，出料採用扭動上下調節，主機鋼性好，且結構穩定。
2.
