老式生産工藝原材料爲開平闆，通過人工用剪闆機下料成所需要生産的箱體尺寸，在通過人工分步驟沖孔，折彎，最後生産成配電箱或者消防箱箱體，這樣的生産過程就會有對於闆材的計算不精確，造成闆材的邊或者頭不夠生産箱體所用，這樣就會造成闆材的的一個浪費，日積月累的生産每天生産300個箱體的情況下每年大約浪費10萬元材料費。

山東炜桦智能科技設計研發的配電箱（消防箱設備）一條生産線隻需一個工人操作，每小時約生産箱體100-500個 ，生産原材料爲帶鋼，通過開卷校平--伺服送料--可調式液壓自動沖孔--可調式自動折邊主機折邊--數控自動折彎機折箱體--經由智能程序控制，實現全自動化生産配電箱 ，基業箱，動力箱，動力櫃，多媒體箱，PZ30箱，消防箱，消火栓箱，滅火器箱等等各種類各行業所用的金屬箱體。
