Equipment structure and system configuration:
概述：該生産線主要由放料機、調平機、沖孔切斷機、輸送台、成型主機、液壓折邊機、成品托料裝置、液壓系統、電氣控制部分及安全防護部分組成。
Overview: The production line is mainly composed of feeder, leveler, punch cutter, conveyor, forming machine, hydraulic folding machine, finished product supporting device, hydraulic system, electrical control part and safety protection part.
1．放料機 ：用於存入放卷料並給成形部分提供闆料，5噸電動放料機液壓張緊。
1. Feeder: Used for storing coil and supplying sheet metal to forming part, hydraulic tension of 5 ton electric feeder.
2．整平機：9輥精密整平（上4下5），2.2KW電動送料，用於卷料平直並消除材料應力。
2. Leveling machine: 9 rolls precision leveling (top 4 down 5), 2.2KW electric feeding, used for coiling straightening and eliminating material stress.
3．伺服送料機：含2KW伺服系統，精密送料器，沖孔裝置（模具）和切斷裝置。
3. Servo feeder: including 2KW servo system, precision feeder, punching device (die) and cutting device.
2．成型主機 ：此生産線的主機機座採用100*100*3MM方鋼焊接，機架採用整體式固定牌坊，側闆採用25mm鋼闆 ，支承部分均採用優質閩台軸承 ，進料採用滾輪式，出料採用扭動上下調節，主機鋼性好，且結構穩定 。
2. Forming main frame: The main frame of this production line is welded with 100*100*3MM square steel, the frame is fixed with integral archway, the side plate is 25mm steel plate, the supporting part adopts high-quality Taiwanese bearings, the feeding part adopts roller type, the feeding part adopts torsion adjustment, the main frame is good in steel and the structure is stable.
B:滾壓模具（軋辘）：16組輥輪成型，均採用優質Gr12模具鋼，HRC達58~60o均採用精密數控機床加工，精度爲6~7級，表面粗糙度達0.8 以上，成形尺寸精確，成形工件表面無劃傷 。
B: Rolling dies (rollers): 16 groups of rollers are formed with high quality Gr12 die steel, HRC up to 58~60o are processed with precision CNC machine tools, accuracy is 6~7 grades, surface roughness is more than 0.8, forming dimension is accurate, no scratches on the surface of the formed workpiece.
C:傳動部分：是生産線成形動力的輸送部分，其動力由主電機到減速箱，再由減速箱通過齒輪傳送到主動輪上，主動輪通過過度齒輪傳動，使得上下軋辘同步轉動。
C: Driving part: It is the conveying part of the forming power of the production line. Its power is transferred from the main motor to the reducer, and then from the reducer to the driving wheel through gears. The driving wheel is driven by excessive gears, so that the upper and lower rollers rotate synchronously.
3．定長折彎部分：由定長裝置及折彎機構組成。定長裝置是通過激光探頭結合編碼器定長，當闆料走到定尺長度時，通過PLC控制折彎産品。
3. Fixed length bending part: It consists of fixed length device and bending mechanism. The fixed length device is fixed by laser probe combined with encoder. When the sheet reaches the fixed length, the bending product is controlled by PLC.
