電纜橋架設備結構概述：
本電纜橋架設備生産線可生産電纜橋架，不同規格通過更換沖模完成，輥彎機採用組合可調式，一套軋輥完成所有規格橋架産品，規格變化通過調整成型機開擋和軋輥完成。
電纜橋架設備性能成型工藝：
開卷→整平→夾送、沖孔→成型→定尺、切斷→收料
1, 可根據生産需要軋制個帶鋼寬度100mm≤§≤860mm多種規格的電纜橋架。
2, 在線沖孔時生産速度：2.5～5米/分鍾。
3, 成型設備連續成型速度時：10～15米/分鍾。
4, 闆材料厚：1-3mm。
5, 材質要求：低炭鋼、鍍鋅帶鋼卷。
6 , 生産線分自動和手動兩種操作方式，可實現聯動和分段運轉作業。
