概述 ：該生産線主要由放料機、調平機、沖孔切斷機 、輸送台、成型主機 、液壓折邊機 、成品托料裝置、液壓系統、電氣控制部分及安全防護部分組成。

1．放料機：用於存入放卷料並給成形部分提供闆料，5噸電動放料機液壓張緊 。
1. Feeder: Used for storing coil and supplying sheet metal to forming part, hydraulic tension of 5 ton electric feeder.
2．整平機：9輥精密整平（上4下5），2.2KW電動送料，用於卷料平直並消除材料應力。
