成型主機：此生産線的主機機座採用100*100*3MM方鋼焊接 ，機架採用整體式固定牌坊，側闆採用25mm鋼闆，支承部分均採用優質閩台軸承，進料採用滾輪式，出料採用扭動上下調節，主機鋼性好 ，且結構穩定。

C:傳動部分：是生産線成形動力的輸送部分，其動力由主電機到減速箱，再由減速箱通過齒輪傳送到主動輪上，主動輪通過過度齒輪傳動，使得上下軋辘同步轉動。
